Built and ran the CCoE at Micro Focus/OpenText — orchestrating cloud transformation across 10+ product groups, 47 AWS accounts, and 1,000+ VMs. Established shared services, Guardrails with 50+ controls, FinOps reporting, and a self-service portal.
